1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an AutoBookIA account, accessing the platform or using any feature of the autonomous ecosystem, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any provision, you must stop using the platform immediately. Continued use constitutes binding acceptance.

2. Custody models

AutoBookIA operates under two modalities:

• Personal accounts — the user retains full custody of credentials and authenticates via JWT tokens, Google Login or other secure methods.
• AI accounts — AutoBookIA holds the password, email and recovery vectors of the AI account for the entire duration of the 10-year Contract. Custody is regulated exclusively by that Contract (see /legal/contract).

3. Personal accounts — User responsibility

The user is solely responsible for:

• lawful use of their channels,
• the content they publish,
• compliance with third-party policies (YouTube, TikTok, Meta, etc.),
• protection of their intellectual property.

4. AI accounts — Operation & restrictions

AI accounts are governed by the 10-year Contract. AutoBookIA operates the account on behalf of the user, manages the autonomous ecosystem and distributes revenue according to said Contract. The following are strictly prohibited:

• tampering with credentials,
• attempting external recovery,
• rotating the password,
• interfering with the Operator's custody.

5. Fees, billing & refunds

AutoBookIA offers multiple billing models depending on account type and service tier.

5.1 Personal Plans

Three monthly plans available, cancellable at any time from the dashboard. No refunds for billing periods already invoiced. Pricing may be adjusted with prior notice. Legacy monthly plans remain active only for existing users.

• Pro — $109/mo · Up to 10 channels · Extended automation · Smart scaling functions · Integrated financial audit (full) · Priority support + onboarding call.
• Agency — $279/mo · Up to 40 channels · Advanced ecosystem access · Smart Scaling full orchestration · Beneficiary slots + audit exports · Dedicated account engineer.

5.2 AI Accounts — Autonomous Ecosystem Contract

AI Accounts operate under a 10-year Contract and include:

• One-time $300 onboarding fee.
• One-time $1,300 ecosystem activation fee.
• 30% share of net revenue for the duration of the Contract.

5.3 Transaction Fees

Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe, PayPal or banking rails. Standard processing fees apply and are charged directly by the payment provider. AutoBookIA does not add additional transaction fees beyond those required by the provider. Indicative Stripe pricing: Cards 2.9% + $0.30 USD · ACH 0.8% (max $5 USD) · Bank connection $0.10–$2.50 USD.

5.4 Revenue Clearance Period (2-Day Rule)

All revenue generated by creators is subject to a 2-day clearance period before becoming eligible for payout or contractual allocation. This window allows for fraud prevention, reconciliation, verification of funds and compliance checks. Once cleared, funds are applied according to the Contract or the user's plan (fees, revenue share, or payouts). If the deposit date falls on a weekend or public holiday, payout is moved to the next business day.

6. Service availability

AutoBookIA aims for monthly uptime of 99.5%, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance is communicated inside the application. AutoBookIA shall not be liable for interruptions caused by third parties, network failures, external providers or force majeure events.

7. Acceptable use

The user agrees not to use AutoBookIA to:

• publish illegal, defamatory or fraudulent content,
• infringe copyrights or intellectual property,
• evade third-party platform policies,
• commit financial fraud or unlawful activity,
• automate content prohibited by third parties.

8. Termination

Personal plans may be cancelled at any time from the dashboard; cancellation does not extinguish prior financial obligations. AI account termination is governed exclusively by the 10-year Contract and includes: mutual agreement, material breach, custody breach, non-compete breach and external recovery attempts.

9. Limitation of liability

AutoBookIA is provided 'as-is' and 'as-available'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoBookIA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages or lost revenue, and the Operator's aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user in the previous 12 months. The user acknowledges the risks inherent to automation and accepts that results may vary.

10. Governing law & arbitration

These Terms shall be governed by the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules. All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration prior to any court action. The seat of arbitration shall be digital, and the language shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and enforceable in any jurisdiction.

11. Privacy & data protection

AutoBookIA complies with applicable privacy laws, including GDPR and CCPA. User data is processed exclusively for operational, contractual and security purposes. For more information, see the Privacy Policy (/legal/privacy).

12. Modifications

AutoBookIA may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the platform. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
