Privacy Policy
1. Data we collect
Account data (email, name, hashed password), usage telemetry from the autonomous ecosystem, payment metadata via Stripe, and (for AI accounts) operational credentials necessary to deliver the service.
2. How we use it
We use your data to (a) operate the platform, (b) run the AI ecosystem for AI accounts, (c) process payments, (d) audit and improve the platform and (e) communicate service updates.
3. Cookies & tokens
We use httpOnly authentication cookies (access_token, refresh_token) issued via JWT. They are scoped to the AutoBookIA domain and used exclusively for authentication.
4. Third parties
Payments are processed by Stripe. Optional sign-in uses Emergent-managed Google Auth. These providers receive only the minimum data necessary.
5. Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active and up to 24 months after termination for legal and audit purposes.
6. Your rights
You may request export, rectification or deletion of your data by emailing privacy@autobookia.com. Some data may be retained where required by law.
7. Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Credentials are hashed with bcrypt. Access is restricted to authorized engineers.
8. Meta (Facebook / Instagram) data deletion
If you signed in or connected a Facebook or Instagram account, you may revoke access at https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications (Meta will automatically notify our Deauthorize endpoint). To request a complete deletion of any data tied to your Meta account on AutoBookIA, use the in-app option or check the status of a previously filed request at /data-deletion/status.
