Beneficiary Policy
1. Purpose
The Beneficiary Policy ensures the operational and financial continuity of the AI account when the Original Creator ('Principal') is unavailable. AutoBookIA shall keep the AI account active, generating revenue according to its configuration, and shall transfer net earnings to the designated Beneficiary, in accordance with the 10-year Contract.
2. Designation
The Principal shall designate a Beneficiary during the onboarding process, providing full name and a verifiable email. The Beneficiary may be updated at any time from the dashboard, requiring double email verification to prevent fraudulent or unauthorized transfers. AutoBookIA may request additional documentation if it detects inconsistencies or security risks.
3. Beneficiary-mode triggers
Beneficiary mode may only be activated under the following conditions:
- (a) Written and verified request by the Principal.
- (b) Inactivity exceeding 90 days, combined with unverified or failed login attempts.
- (c) Incapacity, death or prolonged absence of the Principal, verified through reasonable documentation.
AutoBookIA reserves the right to validate any trigger, request additional evidence and delay activation if there is doubt about the legitimacy of the event.
4. Revenue continuity
Once Beneficiary mode is active:
- the autonomous ecosystem will continue operating without interruption,
- net revenue (after the Operator's 30% share and the configured reinvestment) shall be transferred to the Beneficiary following the same payment schedule as the Principal,
- the Beneficiary may not modify the financial structure or the operational configuration of the AI account, except with the Operator's express authorization.
5. Termination of Beneficiary mode
Beneficiary mode shall end when:
- the Principal returns and re-verifies identity via enhanced authentication; or
- the Beneficiary requests closure of the AI account, which shall require additional confirmation to prevent fraudulent closures.
Termination does not affect revenue already generated or prior obligations.
6. Privacy & data protection
Beneficiary data is stored encrypted at rest and in transit, under enterprise-grade security standards. AutoBookIA shall not share Beneficiary information with third parties, except when required by law, arbitration proceedings or regulatory compliance. The Beneficiary accepts that their information will be used exclusively for operational continuity and revenue transfer purposes.
7. Limitations
The Beneficiary designation does not grant ownership rights over the AI account, its architecture, its content or its operation. The Beneficiary shall receive solely the net revenue generated during the Beneficiary mode period.
